3.3. Social Login Data: If you choose to register via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, or Facebook), we collect a unique identifier and basic profile information authorized by that provider to facilitate your login.

3.4. Verification Data: In certain instances, such as for creator status or high-value transactions, we may collect additional information to verify your identity.

4. Information We Collect: Device and Technical Data

4.1. Device Identifiers: We automatically collect information about the device you use to access Neno, including the hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA/AAID), and mobile network information.

4.2. Log Data: Our servers automatically record log information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, pages viewed, and the specific actions you perform within the App.

4.3. App Performance Data: To optimize the streetwear browsing experience, we collect crash reports, system activity, and hardware settings to troubleshoot technical issues.

5. Information We Collect: Location and Interaction Data

5.1. General Location Information: We may derive your approximate location from your IP address to provide localized content, such as trending streetwear styles in your region (e.g., "Tokyo Style").

5.2. Precise Geolocation:With your explicit consent via your mobile operating system, we may collect precise GPS coordinates to facilitate "local drop" alerts or nearby community features. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

5.3. Interaction Data: We track how you interact with the Neno ecosystem, including the tags you follow (e.g., #Vintage, #Art&Graphics), the posts you like, the creators you bookmark, and the frequency of your visits to specific community topics.

5.4. Metadata: When you upload images or videos, we may collect metadata associated with the files, such as the time, date, and location where the media was captured, unless you strip this data before uploading.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Media

6.1. Content Submission: We collect the content you create, upload, or post on Neno, including photos of outfits, streetwear reviews, captions, and comments.

6.2. Tagging and Classification: Any tags or categories you assign to your posts are collected to improve our recommendation algorithms and to organize the "Explore" section for other users.

6.3. Storage and Hosting: By posting UGC, you grant Neno a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6.4. Rights and Ownership: You retain the intellectual property rights to your original content. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your UGC does not infringe upon the copyrights or privacy rights of any third party.

7. Communication Data: Private Messages and Voice Calls

7.1. Direct Messaging (DM): We collect and store the content of your private messages, including text and media, to enable communication between you and other users. This allows you to resume conversations across different devices.

7.2. Voice Calls: Neno provides a voice call feature within the messaging interface. While we facilitate the connection, we do not record or store the audio content of your private voice calls. We only collect "call metadata," such as the participants, the time of the call, and the duration, for billing or technical troubleshooting purposes.

7.3. Moderation Data: To maintain a safe environment, we may use automated tools to scan messages for prohibited content (such as spam or malicious links) that violates our Community Guidelines.

8. Financial Information and Virtual Currency (Neno Coins)

8.1. Wallet and Balance: When you participate in the Neno creator economy, we track your "Neno Coin" balance and transaction history (e.g., recharging coins or tipping a creator).

8.2. Payment Processing: All financial transactions for recharging Neno Coins are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Neno does not directly store your credit card numbers or bank account details.

8.3. Payout and Tipping: If you are a creator receiving tips, we collect the necessary information to facilitate payouts, which may include tax identification numbers or third-party payment account IDs, depending on your jurisdiction and the total amount earned.

9. How We Use Your Information

9.1. Service Provision: We use your data to provide the core functionality of Neno, including the delivery of your streetwear posts to the feed, processing Neno Coin transactions, and facilitating real-time voice calls. 9.2. Personalization and Discovery: Our algorithms analyze your interactions with tags and topics to curate a personalized "Explore" page, suggesting streetwear content and creators that align with your specific tastes. 9.3. Communication and Support: We use your contact information to send system updates, security alerts, and support responses. With your consent, we may also send promotional materials about new features or community events. 9.4. Safety and Security: We use collected data to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions in the Neno Wallet, combat spam, and verify that users are complying with our 18+ age policy. 9.5. Research and Development: We analyze aggregated, non-identifiable data to understand usage trends, which helps us design new community tools and improve app performance.

10. Information Sharing and Disclosure

10.1. Public Sharing: By design, your Neno profile, posted content, followers, and "Collected Posts" are visible to other users. Any information you choose to include in your public bio is shared with the global community.

10.2. Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing (for Neno Coins), analytics, and customer support ticketing systems. These partners are contractually bound to protect your data.

10.3. Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Neno, our users, or the public.

10.4. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the App before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

11. User Rights and Data Control

11.1. Access and Correction: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. Most of this can be managed directly through the "Edit Profile" and "Settings" sections of the Neno App.

11.2. The Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Upon a valid request, we will remove your information from our active databases, subject to certain legal retention requirements (e.g., financial records of Neno Coin purchases).

12.3. Voice Call Privacy: While we provide the infrastructure for voice calls, we do not listen to or record the content of your calls. These interactions remain private between the participants.

13. Protection of Minors and CSAE Policy

13.1. Zero Tolerance Policy: Neno maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and strictly prohibit the uploading, sharing, or transmission of any content that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

13.2. Detection and Reporting: We utilize a combination of automated hashing technologies and human moderation to identify and remove CSAE. In accordance with international law, we will report any identified instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies globally.

13.3. Account Termination: Any user found to be engaging in the distribution of CSAE or attempting to groom minors will have their account permanently terminated, their device blocked, and all available identifying information turned over to the authorities.

13.4. Reporting Tools: We provide easy-to-use reporting tools within every post and profile. We encourage our community members to report any suspicious content or behavior involving minors immediately.

14. International Data Transfers

14.1. Global Infrastructure: Neno is a global platform. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including but not limited to the United States, Singapore, and various European nations.

14.2. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ensure that transfers of personal data to third countries are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

14.3. Data Protection Standards: Regardless of where your data is processed, we apply the same high standards of protection and security as described in this Privacy Policy to ensure your information remains confidential and secure.

16.1. Violation Handling: Neno reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content (UGC) that violates our Community Guidelines, including content that is defamatory, obscene, promotes hate speech, or infringes on the rights of others.

16.2. Copyright Infringement (DMCA): We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on Neno, you may submit a notice to neno.club@service with the specific URL and evidence of ownership.

16.3. Content Retention: When you delete a post, it may persist in our backup systems for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) before being permanently purged. Public content that has been "re-shared" or "collected" by other users before deletion may remain visible in their private collections.

16.4. Right to Appeal: If your content is removed for a violation, we will notify you of the reason. You have the right to appeal the decision through our in-app support channel if you believe the removal was in error.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

17.1. External Connections: Neno may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or applications (e.g., links to sneaker marketplaces or fashion brand sites). Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you.

17.2. No Endorsement: We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave Neno, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

17.3. Integrated Services: If you use integrated third-party features (like sharing a post directly to Instagram), those interactions are governed by the privacy policy of the respective third-party platform.

18. Data Retention Policy

18.1. General Retention: We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

18.2. Account Deletion: If you delete your account, your profile and UGC will be removed from public view immediately. However, some data may persist in our encrypted backups for up to 90 days to ensure data integrity and facilitate disaster recovery.

18.3. Financial Records: Information regarding Neno Coin purchases and creator payouts will be retained for a longer period (typically 7 years) to comply with international tax laws and anti-money laundering regulations.

18.4. Evidence Retention: We may retain certain information if we believe it is necessary to prevent fraud, assist in a legal investigation, or resolve an ongoing dispute.

19. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
